**Job Title: Executive Assistant**
**Location: Hyderabad**
**Experience: 3-4 years**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Executive Support**: Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to senior leadership, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- **Calendar Management**: Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for executives. Ensure all logistics are handled, including meeting room arrangements, technology setups, and travel bookings.
- **Communication Liaison**: Serve as a point of contact between executives, staff, clients, and external stakeholders. Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of the executives.
- **Travel Coordination**: Organize and coordinate domestic and international travel itineraries, including flight bookings, accommodations, transport, and expense reporting.
- **Document Management**: Prepare, proofread, and edit reports, presentations, and other documents. Maintain and organize important files, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- **Meeting Preparation**: Assist in preparing for meetings, including the preparation of agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- **Project Assistance**: Support senior leadership with various projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
- **Office Management**: Oversee daily office operations, including inventory management, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring a productive office environment.
- **Confidentiality and Discretion**: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost professionalism and discretion.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- **Experience**: 3-4 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information.
- A proactive approach to work with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently.
- **Language**: English proficiency required. Additional language skills are a plus.

**Working Environment**:

- **Location**: Hyderabad.
- **Work Hours**: Full-time, flexible hours based on business requirements.
- **Travel**: Occasional travel may be required.
