Respond and attend to guest requests.
- Communicate with different types of people to understand what guest want and to provide them with information and assistance.
- Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments.
- Ability to work under pressure situations and exercise good judgements.
- Ability to ensure security of guest room access and hotel property.
- Performing maintenance activities in the guest room for IT accessories
- Test, troubleshoot and perform basic repair on all types of equipment.
- To operate as an independent mechanic by analyzing problems, identifying courses of action, and implementing solutions with available resources
- To be available for any emergencies and act in an engineering capacity to protect guests and associates, and preserve the building and its systems during the emergency.
- Maintaining required inventory and giving purchase requisitions for the required items as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned by IT Manager.
- Train and instruct other members of the staff through sharing of knowledge and skills.
- Troubleshooting of hardware & software related issues
- Must know the Network fundamentals, general network setup and device configuration
- Configuring of CC Camera, Printers and other hardware related items.
- Taking system backup's in regular intervals to prevent data loss

**Desired Profile**:

- B.Sc. Computer Science with good knowledge in IT Hardware related issues
- Must have 2-3 years experience in hotel/hospitality industry
- Good communication skills and must speak English fluently
- Should be able to handle hotel equipment's such as TV, Telephone, Door Lock, Wifi, PA Systems, printers and computers.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Shift:

- Day shift
- Rotational shift
