**Job Summary**:
The Sales and Marketing Executive will play a pivotal role in driving sales and marketing strategies, expanding our customer base, and promoting our services to achieve revenue targets and market share growth. This role requires a results-oriented individual with a strong passion for sales, marketing, and exceptional communication skills.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Sales**:

- Identify and actively seek new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitors, adapting sales strategies accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while consistently exploring opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction at all stages.

**2. Marketing**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative marketing campaigns that effectively promote our products/services and increase brand visibility.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and provide insights for marketing initiatives.
- Contribute to the creation of marketing collaterals, presentations, and sales pitches that effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings.

**3. Sales and Marketing Coordination**:

- Work closely with the Design team to align marketing efforts with their objectives, provide them with necessary support, and ensure a smooth lead-to-sales conversion process.
- Analyze sales data, marketing metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.

**4. Customer Relationship Management**:

- Cultivate long-term relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, providing timely and effective solutions to maintain customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and marketing automation tools is an advantage.
- Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to solve problems and adapt to changing market dynamics.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Regular / Permanent, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
