Branch in Charge

We are looking for a highly motivated sales professional as a Branch Head for a leading NBFC- Gold Loan Company in Kerala & Tamil Nadu.

**Job Roles And Responsibilities**
- Acquire new customers through various channels and build relationships with existing customers.
- Identify potential customers and generate leads to increase customer base.
- Offer banking products and services to customers and provide them with customized solutions to meet their needs.
- Meet sales targets by cross-selling various banking products and services.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with the bank's policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions
- Any Graduation / Post Graduation
- VRS/ Retired Government Officers
- Having previous experience in the field of Gold Loans.
- Minimum 5 Years of experience in Sales and Marketing into the Banking, Finance, Insurance, and NBFC Industry is desirable
- Strong Expertise of Selling Banking Products
- Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent Negotiation Skills
- Age between 30-45
