Academic Counselor

Job Description : _**Academic Counsellor.**_

Salary : _**15,000 - 22,000**_

We are looking for an experienced Academic Counsellor who can provide guidance and support to students regarding their academic goals, progress, and challenges. They should be knowledgeable about academic programs, requirements, and policies, as well as have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Advising students on course selection and academic planning: Academic counselors meet with students to discuss their academic and career goals, review their transcripts and grades, and help them choose courses that will support their goals and ensure they are on track to graduate.
- Providing support and resources: Academic counselors provide students with information and resources to support their academic and personal success, such as study skills workshops, tutoring services, and information on internships and job opportunities.
- Facilitating academic success: Academic counselors work with students to develop strategies for academic success, such as time management, goal setting, and stress reduction.
- Collaborating with other professionals: Academic counselors collaborate with teachers, school administrators, and other professionals to provide a comprehensive support system for students.
- Maintaining accurate student records: Academic counselors keep accurate records of students' academic progress and coursework, and use this information to monitor students' academic performance and provide appropriate support.
- **Qualifications**:_
- Ned to have a bachelor's or master's degree in any field ,
- Relevant work experience in counseling, advising ,
- Should have strong interpersonal and communication skills ,
- Should be able to work collaboratively with students, faculty, and staff ,
- Should have a thorough understanding of academic programs, requirements, and policies.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
