Admission Counselor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- provide prospective parents and students with information about the Curious Giggler Center's admission process, academic programs, and extracurricular activities.
- Coordinate and conduct campus tours and open houses for prospective parents and students.
- Work closely with the Center administration to ensure that admissions procedures are properly executed.
- Work with families to identify potential barriers to enrollment and develop strategies to overcome them.
- Communicate regularly with parents and students to ensure a smooth transition into the Curious Giggler Center community.
- Serve as a resource for families, answering questions and providing support throughout the admissions process.
- Work collaboratively with the marketing team to develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract new families to the Curious Giggler Center.
- Coordinate and communicate with Vendors
- Maintain PR of the organization

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Experience working with children and families preferred.
- Ready to work from 8;30 pm - 6:30 pm and Saturday would be half day
