Seeking experienced, self-motivated dispatchers / Broker for our trucking logistics company commission+salary

**Responsibilities**:

- Dispatch trucks to pick up and deliver freight on time
- Negotiate rates with shippers as broker and with brokers as dispatcher
- Manage driver schedules and routes
- Track shipments and provide customer updates
- Respond to driver issues and emergencies

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in trucking dispatch
- Strong knowledge of DAT Loadboard and other loadboards
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Self-driven and motivated individuals are encouraged to apply

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
