- Develop and manage efficient routes for drivers to minimize travel time and fuel consumption.
- Schedule and dispatch trucks to various locations based on customer orders and priority.
- Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between drivers, customers, and the logistics team.
- Provide real-time updates to customers regarding delivery status and address any inquiries or concerns.
- Assign drivers to specific routes and loads based on their availability.
- Ensure compliance with hours of service regulations and monitor driver performance.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, delivery schedules, and driver logs.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on dispatch operations and performance metrics.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the dispatch team.
