**What you'll be doing**:

- Accurately input, update, and maintain data in the ERP system.
- Datasets to include but not limited to CRM, Inventory, Sales Reporting.
- Digital Transformation data support for iNET, Customer Portal, Estore
- Responsible for managing and maintaining ERP scheduled database tasks, Report Rules, and Event Actions
- Regularly audit and cleanse data to ensure accuracy and consistency. Generate reports and dashboards from ERP data to support decision-making.
- Manage ERP data migration tools.
- Implement data governance policies and standards.
- Integrate data from various sources into the ERP system.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data integration issues.
- Collaborate with business analysts, business units, and functional users to provide insights into data trends and patterns.
- Establish and enforce data quality standards.
- Identify opportunities for improving data-related processes.
- Collaborate with IT teams to enhance ERP system performance.
- Maintain documentation of data processes, procedures, and best practices.

**What we’re looking for**:

- 2 Years minimum experience working in IFS ERP System.
- Advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel.
- Proven experience in data management, preferably within an ERP environment.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and data integration tools.
- Familiarity with data governance principles and data security best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Working knowledge of business processes and process improvements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
- Analytical and organized. Exceptional time management skills.
- Strong records management.
- Strong collaboration skills with a track record or working with teams across organizations.

**Preferred**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field with 3+ years of experience or 8+ years’ equivalent working experience.

**Physical Demands**:
This job will require significant amounts of sitting. A standing desk may be available if accommodations are required. This job requires the use of a computer and a telephone.
