The Property & Facilities Professional supports activities that contribute to property strategy development and drives the delivery of property solutions within the markets, in line with the business strategy and objectives.

**What you’ll be doing**
1. Undertakes activities in the following areas; Facilities Management (Repair, Maintenance and Cleaning), Health and Safety, Security, Energy and Sustainability, Capital Improvements and Expense Management, via internal partner organisations or vendors (outsourced relationships).
2. Undertakes the analysis and supporting of investments planning and long-term optimisation to enable the achievement of the overall property strategy to deliver property related projects in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
3. Supports key property projects (i.e. expansion, fit out and uplift) from concept to implementation, including business case computation, vendors management, budget management and authorisation of the works.
4. Supports the delivery of facilities and designated employee services, including (but not limited to): operations and maintenance, energy management, janitorial, landscaping and exterior maintenance, building engineering, inventory management, space management, and occupant move coordination, furniture management, shipping and receiving, food and beverage, transportation, reception, and general office management, etc.
5. Supports specific locations within the Group's premises and ensures an effective use of the space by permanent monitoring, allocation / reallocation of space considering business needs.
6. Supports the Group's Health and Safety agenda design, implementation and monitoring and drafts training materials according to defined requirements and standards.
7. Supports in the implementation of ways to improve working processes within the area of Property and Facilities Services.
