We primarily serve the small and medium businesses in e-Commerce, IT services, Healthcare and Financial Services.

**Position-**

We are looking for a **Talent Acquisition Executive/Specialist (Technical Recruiter) with 1-3 Years of experience**

**Requirements-**
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques, headhunting other than conventional methods
- Use LinkedIn, Indeed and other media like WhatsApp groups, IT dev groups, etc to post ad and find potential hires
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Writing and posting technical job descriptions
- Working with third-party Recruitment vendor partners
- Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
- Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements
- Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products

Desired Skills
- Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals

**Work week and timing: 5 days a week || 45-hour work week**

**Qualifications: 1-4 years in IT Recruitment** with B.Tech/B.Sc(IT)/BBA/BCA/MCA/MBA (Can consider freshers as well if they are skilled and are able to crack the interview)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Regular / Permanent
