**Title**: Accounts Administrator/Accounts Assistant/Accounts Clerk

**Overview**: The Accounts Admin plays a crucial role in maintaining financial records, processing invoices, and supporting the accounting team in day-to-day tasks. They ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions, contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Accounts Payable**: Process and verify invoices, ensuring proper authorization and accurate coding. Prepare and execute payments to vendors and suppliers. Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies as needed.
- **Accounts Receivable**: Issue invoices to customers, track payments, and follow up on overdue accounts. Reconcile accounts receivable ledger and resolve any discrepancies.
- **General Ledger Maintenance**: Assist in maintaining the general ledger by posting journal entries, updating accounts, and reconciling statements.
- **Bank Reconciliation**: Reconcile bank statements, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues in a timely manner. Monitor cash flow and report any irregularities to management.
- **Expense Management**: Record and track company expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Assist in preparing expense reports and reimbursement requests.
- **Financial Reporting**: Assist in preparing financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Provide support during audits and financial reviews.
- **Data Entry and Record Keeping**: Accurately input financial data into accounting software or spreadsheets. Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
- **Administrative Support**: Provide administrative assistance to the accounting department as needed, such as filing documents, answering phones, and responding to inquiries.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Prior experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or general accounting roles may be preferred.

**Education and Experience**:

- A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required.
- Some positions may require an associate's degree or certificate in accounting, finance, or a related field.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new tasks and processes.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
