Chocolate Specialist, Chef de Partie

Chocolate Confectionery specialist wanted, with experience in using a variety of luxury and domestic couvertures for a chocolate manufacturer in a central Bangalore location. Must have good technical knowledge about chocolates, with 2-3 years experience or more working on a variety of chocolates in moulds, truffles and nut-coated. Additional experience in roasting nuts and caramel preparation and use will be a plus. Compensation and benefits commensurate with experience.
