Food Tree Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our dynamic culinary team in Bagalgunte, Bengaluru, Karnataka. As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes meet the high standards set by our establishment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to menu specifications.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of commis chefs and kitchen assistants assigned to your section.
- Ensure all food products are handled, stored, and prepared safely and hygienically.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, adhering to food safety standards.
- Train and mentor junior members of the kitchen team.
- Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen.
- Contribute ideas for menu development and participate in menu planning.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-volume kitchen environment.
- Culinary degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary trends.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a passion for producing high-quality dishes.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Food safety and sanitation certification preferred
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
