**Job Summary**:
The Facility Executive will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations related to food services, accommodation, and transport for the organization. This role ensures that employees and guests receive high-quality services and that facilities meet all safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
**Food Services**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the company cafeteria and food service providers.
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with vendors for menu planning, food supply, and catering for events.
- Address employee feedback and concerns regarding food services promptly.

**Accommodation**:

- Manage company-provided accommodation facilities for employees and guests.
- Ensure accommodations are clean, well-maintained, and meet company standards.
- Handle reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently.
- Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams for upkeep and repairs.

**Transport**:

- Oversee the company’s transport services, including shuttle buses and company vehicles.
- Ensure timely and efficient transport for employees, adhering to safety regulations.
- Manage relationships with transport vendors and address any service issues.
- Maintain records of transport schedules, routes, and vehicle maintenance.

**General Facilities Management**:
Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure high standards of safety and cleanliness.

Handle emergencies and incidents related to food, accommodation, and transport services.

Prepare and manage budgets for assigned services.

Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve service efficiency and quality.

Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on service performance.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Hospitality,Hotel Management or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and facilities management software.

**Key Competencies**:

Time management.

Working Conditions:

- This position may require occasional evening and weekend work. (Saturday and Sunday) with Compensatory off.
- 6 Days working week

The role involves regular interaction with employees, vendors, and service providers.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
