**Responsibilities**:

- **Production**: Prepare a variety of sweets and confectioneries according to established recipes and production schedules.
- **Ingredient Preparation**: Measure and mix ingredients accurately, ensuring quality and consistency in the final products.
- **Cooking/Processing**: Operate cooking equipment such as stoves, ovens, mixers, and candy-making machinery to cook and process sweets.
- **Molding/Shaping**: Shape and mold sweets using hands, molds, or specialized equipment.
- **Decoration**: Decorate sweets using icing, chocolate, sprinkles, or other decorative elements as required.
- **Packaging**: Package finished sweets in attractive and hygienic containers, ensuring proper labeling and portioning.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect finished products for quality, consistency, and adherence to standards.
- **Cleaning and Sanitization**: Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the production area and equipment, following food safety guidelines.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, and assist in ordering as needed.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with other members of the production team to meet production targets and deadlines.
- **Recipe Development**: Assist in the development of new sweet recipes and products, including testing and refinement.
- **Customer Service**: Interact with customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, providing information about products and assisting with purchases.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in sweet making or a related field is preferred, but training may be provided for motivated individuals.
- **Creativity**: Ability to innovate and create visually appealing and delicious sweets.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail to ensure consistency and quality in the finished products.
- **Physical Stamina**: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks.
- **Food Safety Knowledge**: Understanding of basic food safety principles and practices.
- **Team Player**: Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- **Passion for Sweets**: Genuine passion for sweets and confectioneries, with a desire to delight customers with delicious treats.

**Additional Requirements**:

- **Food Handling Certification**: Depending on local regulations, a food handling certification may be required.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**: Adherence to health and safety regulations, including personal hygiene standards and proper use of protective equipment.
- **Customer Service Skills**: Strong customer service skills for interactions with customers in retail settings, if applicable.
