Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Prospecting and Lead Generation**:
- Identify and research potential clients within the target market.
- Qualify leads to determine their potential as viable sales opportunities.
- **Sales Process Management**:
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and solution presentations for potential clients.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales proposals and negotiate terms to secure contracts.
- **Relationship Building**:
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing ongoing support and addressing any concerns or issues they may have.
- Collaborate with other internal teams such as marketing, customer support, and product development to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments.
- Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Provide feedback to the management team regarding product enhancements or new market segments.
- **Performance Tracking and Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions using CRM software.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to evaluate progress towards goals.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for management review.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of success in sales, with at least [6 month] of experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and articulate product/service features and benefits effectively.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
