**Job Title: Inside Sales Consultant**

Rapidor is a B2B trade platform into digitisation and automation of business processes; with significant deployments in procurement, sales channels and sales-force automation payment collections digital processes and modules for effective supply chain and distribution management.
It is built for manufacturers, dealers, distributors, and service providers in various industries.
**Job Overview**:
The Inside Sales Consultant is responsible for generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach to prospects, nurturing leads, and developing relationships with potential clients. The consultant will work closely with the sales team, marketing, and client success team to achieve sales targets, maintain customer satisfaction, and drive revenue growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
2. Qualify prospects and leads to ensure they meet the company's ideal customer profile.
3. Build strong relationships with prospects to understand their needs, pain points, and buying behaviours.
4. Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services and effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns that generate new business opportunities.
6. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified opportunities.
7. Use a CRM tool to track and manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
8. Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years of experience in an inside sales or business development role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Experience with CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with prospects and clients.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Experience in the technology services industry.
- Understanding of the sales process, including lead generation, qualification, and closing.
- Familiarity with inbound marketing and lead nurturing strategies.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,776.93 per month
