**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, create, and manage campaigns across Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms.
- Conduct thorough research on the target audience to create effective ad strategies tailored to specific campaigns.
- Develop and test ad creatives, including text, image, and video content to maximise engagement and performance.
- Monitor and optimise campaigns daily to ensure KPIs are met (click-through rates, conversion rates, cost per acquisition, etc.).
- Analyse and report on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations to improve results.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in paid media, including algorithm updates and new ad formats.
- Perform A/B testing on creative and audience targeting to enhance campaign performance.
- Manage the allocated budget, ensuring efficient spending while maximising ROI.
- Collaborate with the creative team and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives.
- Provide regular reports on ad performance, key metrics, and actionable insights for improvement.
- Manage remarketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Media Buyer or similar role, with hands-on experience managing Facebook and Google paid ad campaigns.
- In-depth understanding of online marketing principles and advertising strategies.
- Expertise in Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads, including Display and Search campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficient in A/B testing, audience segmentation, and ad copy creation.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and other tracking tools to measure campaign success.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present results and insights to stakeholders.
- Certifications in Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint (preferred but not mandatory).
