**Education**: Any Graduate, Masters from a recognized Institute.

***Job Role:

- **
- Become expert at understanding of Prestige product portfolio and service regimen
- Target opening/upgrading new doors for Prestige Brands
- Lead, train and upgrade the stylists in the existing and new Doors with a calendered training approach on Prestige Brands.
- Drive stylist engagement program
- Deployment of Stylist incentives and tracking. Ensuring disbursal of rewards as planned to stylists
- Jointly work with sales team to track account business progress and for opening new Doors.To assist in distributor strategies, eg. distribution goals, retain, grow
- Jointly work with sales team on identifying gaps and opportunities at Door level and ensured customised education inputs to progress on such gaps and opportunities
- Ensure the prescribed regimen gets followed in the salon - Service sequence, dress code of stylist, communication to customer, Brand visibility, Stocking and visibility on Display etc
- Planning and organising Prestige Spa days in salons
- Ensure training and education inputs to existing and new doors are delivered as per Wella prescribed frequency and content
- Be active on and well conversant with Social media and drive social media for Salon and Stylists

**Requirements:

- **

3-4 years’ experience as a hair dresser with a known professional beauty Brand.
- Well conversant in English communication (Written & Oral)
- Good presentation skills
- Open to travel as per job requirement
- Collaboration skills, ability to work with cross function teams.

**NOTE**: IMMEDIATE JOINERS PREFERRED.
