As part of the Orchard-based Livelihood Program at SAMBANDH, your roles andresponsibilities will include:
1. Program Components: Working on various components of the program, such as Water Resource Management, Soil and Water Conservation, Drudgery Reduction for women, Plantation, Sustainable Agricultural Practices, Improved Agriculture, Cooperative Marketing, and Integration of Landless individuals.

2. Planning and Execution: Developing comprehensive WADI plans, including yearly, quarterly, and monthly action plans, event task plans, and milestone-based planning, to ensure effective implementation of project activities.

3. Monitoring and Review: Regularly monitoring and reviewing the progress of the project, intervening as needed to address challenges and ensure the smooth Execution of planned activities.

4. Training and Capacity Building: Identifying training needs of project team members and beneficiaries, and facilitating their skill development and capacity building initiatives.

5. Coordination and Collaboration: Coordinating within the project team and with other institutions working on similar lines, fostering effective collaboration and exchange of knowledge and resources.

6. Learning and Documentation: Developing learning programs for the field-level team, identifying opportunities for learning, and documenting best practices and lessons learned.

7. Reporting and Documentation: Preparing reports on project progress, documenting key activities, achievements, and challenges faced during implementation.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
