**Your Role and Responsibilities**
As a solutions architect you will provide a consistent approach for clients to implement Workday that will scale over time to multiple module / phase x implementations considering security, reliability, performance efficiency, and cost optimization.

You will do well in this role if you demonstrate excellent customer-facing communication skills representing end-to-end solutions at senior leadership levels.

YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- You will provide consulting / architect advise on end-to-end implementation on Workday end-to-end implementation projects.
- You will translate customer business requirements into solutions and assist in the creation of the delivery roadmap, estimates, and project timelines.
- You will engage in the sales process to gather information about a project including background and broader context of the HCM, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence, Talent, Financials, Integrations, and Data Conversion effort required to implement the Workday Solution.
- You will partner with sales and delivery teams to develop RFP response, build budgetary proposal, and craft presentations to identify additional revenue opportunities.
- You will proactively identify new service opportunities through direct client interaction.
- You will help define scope of the project via a broader solution/visioning conversation.
- You will ensure project and support teams are properly planned and staffed, and that project execution is according to plan.
- You will develop expertise in IBM’s Implementation Methodology and use it on all engagements.
- You will manage the change order process when the client is asking resources to perform tasks that are outside the scope of the SOW.
- You will nurture the client relationship and ensure customer satisfaction, positioning them as a referenceable client.
- You will demonstrate ability to quickly develop expertise with the Workday product suite and new product enhancements.
- You will provide guidance and mentoring to consultants working on client post-production support and implementations.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Overall industry experience of 12+ years
- Certified in at least 3 Core Workday modules.
- You have at least 4 end-to-end HCM implementations on your experience track, combined with a strong generalist HR al PG in HR education.
- Experience in leading Global and Local architect workshops on HCM, Compensation and Absence and architecting legacy to Workday data architecture exposure on multiple modules.
- You should have designed Security and has substantial experience on data conversion.
- Two or more sector / industry experience and Cognitive HR exposure, desirably with an industry and HR area badge / association membership (similar to IBM badge)

**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**
- A Product Lead in one or more of the modules in Workday.
