**Responsibilities**:
**1. Curriculum Development**:
Design and develop an engaging and up-to-date graphic design curriculum.

Create lesson plans, projects, and assignments that align with industry standards and trends.

**2. Instructional Delivery**:
Conduct effective and interactive graphic design classes for students at various skill levels.

Provide hands-on instruction, demonstrations, and critiques to help students enhance their design skills.

**3. Student Assessment**:
Evaluate student work, provide constructive feedback, and track individual progress.

**4. Industry Relevance**:
Stay current with industry trends, software updates, and emerging technologies in graphic design.

Integrate real-world examples and case studies into lessons to make the curriculum relevant and practical.

**5. Mentorship and Support**:
Guide and mentor students in developing their design portfolios and preparing for career opportunities.

Provide academic and career advice, helping students navigate the graphic design industry.

**6. Collaboration**:
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance interdisciplinary learning opportunities.

Participate in departmental meetings, workshops, and professional development activities.

**7. Classroom Management**:
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages creativity and collaboration.

Implement effective classroom management strategies to ensure a productive and respectful atmosphere.

**8. Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio of work.
- Teaching experience in graphic design or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for education and a commitment to fostering creativity in students.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Rotational shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- CSS: 2 years (preferred)
- total work: 2 years (preferred)
- Design: 5 years (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Faridabad, Haryana (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Faridabad, Haryana: Relocate before starting work (required)
