**Job Profile**: Graphic Designer

**Position**: Graphic Designer

**Experience**: Minimum 2 years

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Create visually appealing and engaging designs for a variety of digital and print mediums, including websites, social media, marketing materials, and more.
- Develop and execute design concepts, from initial ideation to final production, ensuring consistency in brand identity and messaging.
- Use graphic design software and tools to create illustrations, layouts, and other visual elements.
- Stay updated with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design quality.
- Work closely with clients or internal stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary revisions to designs.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and development, to ensure designs align with overall project goals.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of brand guidelines and design standards.
- Occasionally mentor and provide guidance to junior designers or interns.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AI tools, Canva and Envato) or similar tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, highlighting creativity, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to different styles.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
