Following list provides a detailed description of skills and scope of work that the person has to do:

- Ensure customer purchase orders are processed within 24 hours of receiving order
- Issue sales order acknowledgements to customers where required
- Must provide sales order acknowledgement and Pall’s standard terms and conditions when a customer’s purchase order refers to their terms and conditions
- Ensure sales quotations are processed within 24 hours of receipt
- Process credits and debits within 48 hours
- Provide up-to-date information to customers at all times
- Liaise with Supply Chain department to ensure accurate information is provided on product availability, dispatch dates and shipping status.
- Resolving customer issues or any internal issues that may arise
- Work with SD Key User to understand and ensure maximum SAP effectiveness
- Answering telephones in a professional and courteous manner at all times
- Communicate clearly and in a timely manner to all relevant stakeholders to ensure effective communication is provided
- Update Sales Representatives or LOB’s on any relevant issues to ensure effective communication is maintained at all times
- Maintain adequate and logical record keeping such as; filing, outstanding orders, credits, order cancellation etc
- Assist in the preparation of appropriate customer quality documentation and other certification requirements when required
- Ensure new part or part extension information is updated as soon as advised. Changes to existing part information must also be promptly maintained in accordance with company policy and communicated to the appropriate internal and external customers
- Review backlog report for any anomalies and update customers with revised ETA’s and delayed shipments
- Create and maintain SAP Customer Master Data (if applicable)
- Provide strong support for other members of the CS team where required.
- Work to agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
- Order Entry within 24 hours (Individual)
- Credit & Debits within 48 hours (Individual)
- Order Accuracy / Error 3% (Individual)
- On Time Delivery 95% (Company)
- All invoicing within 48 hours until automated (Individual)
- Assist in administrative duties as and when required.
- Provide additional assistance when instructed by your Manager
- Train new team members if and when required
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislative, legal and statutory requirements, including but not limited to Sarbanes and Oxley Legislation
- Beware of and understand Pall’s policies and procedures
