**Requirement & Skills**:
Having Min. Graduation in Accounts/ Financial trade with 4 year of Experience.

Proven experience as Executive Accounts with Experience of 4-8 Years.

Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures.

Hands-on experience with accounting software packages like Tally.

Advanced MS Excel skills including pivot tables.

**Role & Responsibility**:
1. Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts Creditors & Debtors - Rekha:
2. Purchase Bills entries, prepare sales Invoices, Customer & vendor payments entries, Ledger reconciliation, Ledger confirmation with customer & vendor, follow up for payment collection.

3. Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results: Monthly data to Jayesh Sir - GST Payable in current month, last month purchase amount, last month sale amount, overall outstanding & receivables, overall Stock value
- (get from stores: store stock, In-house production machine, rental machine, etc.)

4. Analyse financial information and summarize financial company status

5. Costing of Projects

6. Provide input into department’s goal setting process considering various aspects, weekly & monthly

7. Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule

8. Assist with tax audits and tax returns

9. Develop SOP’s and policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls

10. Track and record keeping of documents from customer and vendors like Returnable challans, courier slips, documents, cheques, etc.

11. Bank related work, Customer side & Vendor registration

12. Keep and update Knowledge of Export related documentation

13. Prepare month-end and year-end closing data and present in AGM or any other relevant event

14. Employees record, payroll records, Salary Calculations and keeping records up to date for attendance

15. Prepare customer related documents - Delivery Challans, Proforma Invoice, Transport Documents & E Way Bills

16. Handle & Maintain Petty Cash and all documentary records

17. Arrangement of Transport Vehicle & Courier

18. Check Creditors & Debtors list

19. Daily meeting & reporting

21. Adhere rules and regulations of organization

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
