Responsibilities and Duties
1. Manage day to day Admin related activities.
2. Attending the incoming calls and passing on the required information to the concerned.
3. Booking & Confirming the appointments.
4. Taking feedback from the clients post the appointments.
5. Maintaining a regular database of the clients and keeping in touch with them regularly.
6. Ad posting & Market Research.
7. Assistance in hiring and managing the team in co-ordination with CRM and HRM
8. Coordinating video & tele conferences.
9. Generating leads through various mediums.
10. Converting the leads arrived from various sources.
11. Cold calling may be involved. Assisting CEO in online and offline meetings.
12. Willing to travel in India

Required Experience and Qualifications
1. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and other Office Tools.
2. Well versed with Google search.
3. Proficiency in handling EPABX Systems.

Any graduate from recognized University or MBA/PGDM in HR or Marketing will be preferred
Excellent communication skills
Fresher Can also Apply
Good Computer proficiency
Hands on experience in MS Office
