**About the Role**:
We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented Telemarketer to join our growing team in Guwahati. You will play a key role in expanding our reach and generating new leads for our tech and software products and services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate qualified leads through outbound calls to potential clients.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services to decision-makers.
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives and ensure a smooth handover.
- Maintain accurate records of call activities and outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with potential clients and identify their needs.
- Exceed daily or monthly lead generation targets.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing or B2B sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Familiarity with tech and software products or services is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Target-oriented and results-driven approach.
