**Position Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Strategy Development**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue from trademark services.
- **Client Acquisition**: Identify and acquire new clients by proactively reaching out to businesses in need of trademark protection and related services.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- **Consultative Selling**: Utilize in-depth knowledge of IPR laws and trademark regulations to offer tailored solutions to clients, addressing their specific needs and concerns.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting trademark sales and intellectual property rights.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with internal teams, including legal experts and marketing professionals, to develop compelling sales collateral and promotional materials.
- **Reporting**: Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics to track progress toward sales goals and identify areas for improvement.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in trademark sales or related field, preferably in a legal or consultancy firm.
- Strong understanding of intellectual property rights laws, particularly trademark regulations.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts to clients.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
