Job Profile: As an Inventory Management Associate at Hammonds Flycatcher, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods within our organization. We are looking for someone with proficiency in Excel and an enthusiastic, energetic attitude to contribute to the efficiency and success of our operations.

**Responsibilities**:
Return Management from Vendors:Handling the process of returning defective or excess products to our vendors.
Coordinating with vendors to ensure smooth return procedures and accurate documentation.
Updating the inventory system with return details and resolving any discrepancies.

Receiving Products from Vendors:Receiving incoming shipments from vendors and verifying the accuracy of the delivered items.
Inspecting the quality of products received and reporting any damages or discrepancies.
Maintaining a systematic record of received goods and updating the inventory database accordingly.

Storing Goods to Their Designated Areas:Ensuring proper and organized storage of goods in their designated areas within the warehouse.
Implementing inventory management techniques to optimize space and improve accessibility.
Collaborating with the warehouse team to maintain a clean and orderly storage environment.

Inventory Control and Reporting:Assisting in periodic stock checks and performing cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory levels.
Generating reports on inventory status, including stock levels, product movement, and potential shortages.
Analyzing inventory data to identify trends, potential risks, and areas for improvement.

Collaboration and Communication:Working closely with various teams, such as procurement, sales, and customer service, to ensure seamless operations.
Communicating effectively with team members to address any inventory-related issues promptly.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.
- High energy levels and a positive attitude towards work.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory data.
- Prior experience in inventory management or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and processes.

**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
