3. Preparing and serving hot and cold beverages as per the menu in prescribed format following the recommended recipe within specified time.

4. Cleaning and sanitising work area, equipment, and utensils.

5. Heat and serve products and assemble sandwiches, burgers, etc.

6. Processing customer payments and material input entries, if any, in the billing system.

7. Performs outlet opening and closing duties as prescribed, on daily basis.

10.5-11 HOURS A DAY, 6 DAYS A WEEK

12th Grade Pass-CBSE/State Board

Fluent in English and Hindi

Acquired formal education in coffee brewing (Nice to have)

Minimum 6 months working experience as a Barista in a café/restaurant/hotel
