Pre Academic Counselor

As a pre academic Counsellor, you'll be responsible for providing counseling services remotely via telephone. Your primary duty is to offer emotional support, guidance, and assistance to individuals facing personal, social, or psychological challenges. You will listen to clients' concerns, assess their needs, and provide appropriate advice, coping strategies, and referrals as necessary. Additionally, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines is crucial in this role.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

Proven experience in counseling or a related field, preferably in a tele-counseling setting.

Excellent communication and active listening skills.

Empathy, patience, and ability to establish rapport with diverse clients.

Knowledge of mental health issues, therapeutic techniques, and crisis intervention.

Familiarity with pre-counseling platforms and technology.

**Experience**:
6 months to 1 year of experience in counseling, social work, or a related field.

Experience in providing tele-counseling services preferred.

Familiarity with handling various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and stress.

Experience working with diverse populations and age groups.

Strong record of maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹29,476.60 per month
