**Location**: Gurugram (Work from office)

**Schedule**: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, 6+ days a week, Sundays off

**CTC range**: INR 3 LPA - 4 LPA

**Position Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
Collaborate closely with the proposal and sales teams to understand project requirements, client needs, and key selling points.

Assist in the creation and development of persuasive proposals and presentations that effectively communicate our value proposition.

Utilize design tools, such as Canva or similar sources, to create visually appealing proposal templates, graphics, and layouts.

Ensure brand consistency and adherence to company guidelines in all proposal materials.

Proofread and edit proposals for clarity, accuracy, grammar, and formatting.

Maintain a repository of proposal templates, case studies, and other relevant materials for easy access and reference.

Support the sales team in post-proposal activities, such as follow-ups and addressing client queries.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Proven experience in proposal development, preferably in a sales or business development role.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.

Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple proposals simultaneously.

Proficiency in design tools like Canva or other similar sources to create visually appealing proposal materials.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and meet tight deadlines.

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address challenges in proposal creation.

A self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering high-quality proposals.
