- Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/courier.
- Stationary and Inventory Management
- Vendor Management.
- Strong negotiation skills
- Manage Office Administration
- Minimum 3 years experience in handling Office Administration
- Expert user of Excel
- **Articulate, excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, listening communication skills**:

- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
- Maintain & Upkeep the office infrastructure".
- Manage travel arrangements for the upper management
- Outline arrangements for implementing, controlling, monitoring, and reviewing fire safety standards as well as ensuring that the standards are maintained.
- Assist HR Team for Employee related assignments and Attendance records
- Assets Management, assist in renting out of assets.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift

- New Delhi - 110020, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
