Job Role: Real Estate Telecaller
Job Description: A Real Estate Telecaller plays a crucial role in the real estate industry by actively engaging with potential customers over the phone. They are responsible for promoting real estate properties, generating leads, and assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting properties. Telecallers serve as the first point of contact for customers, showcasing their excellent communication and persuasive skills to ensure a positive customer experience. Their primary goal is to establish connections, build trust, and ultimately convert leads into successful real estate transactions.
**Responsibilities**:
Lead Generation: Proactively reach out to potential customers via outbound calls to generate leads for real estate properties. Utilize various marketing databases, online platforms, and cold calling techniques to identify and contact prospective clients.
Property Promotion: Provide detailed information about real estate properties to potential customers, highlighting their unique features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Answer customer inquiries regarding property availability, pricing, amenities, and location to facilitate informed decision-making.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by actively listening to their requirements, understanding their preferences, and offering suitable property options. Follow up with leads and nurture long-term relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Appointment Setting: Schedule property viewings, meetings, and consultations between clients and real estate agents or brokers. Coordinate with the sales team to arrange property tours and assist clients in exploring available options.
Database Management: Accurately record and update customer details, interactions, and feedback in the CRM system. Maintain an organized database of leads, ensuring all relevant information is documented for future reference and follow-ups.
Market Research: Stay updated with current real estate market trends, pricing fluctuations, and competitor activities. Conduct research to gather information about upcoming projects, new developments, and investment opportunities, enabling informed discussions with potential clients.
Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly or quarterly targets. Provide necessary support, including document preparation, contract drafting, and assistance during the negotiation and closing processes.
Professionalism and Ethics: Adhere to ethical practices, maintain confidentiality, and act in compliance with industry regulations. Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and excellent customer service throughout all interactions.
**Requirements**:
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively engage with customers, convey property details, and address client concerns.
Persuasive Skills: Convincing and negotiation skills to influence potential buyers or sellers, overcome objections, and close deals.
Customer Focus: Customer-centric approach with a genuine desire to assist clients and provide exceptional service. Ability to empathize with customers' needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Real Estate Knowledge: Familiarity with real estate market dynamics, property types, legal procedures, and industry terminology. Continuously update knowledge to stay informed about market trends.
Multilingual Abilities: Fluency in multiple languages, if applicable, to cater to a diverse customer base.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage and prioritize multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and meet deadlines.
Resilience and Persistence: Ability to handle rejection, maintain a positive attitude, and persevere through challenging situations.
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
