Job Summary:
The Tele Caller Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote or sell company products or services. They will be expected to provide information about the company's offerings, answer questions, and respond to customer concerns. The Tele Caller Executive will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and complete records of all sales activities and transactions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote or sell company products or services
- Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times while speaking with customers
- Provide information about the company's products or services, answer questions and address customer concerns
- Accurately enter and maintain customer information and sales activity in the company's database
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and generate repeat business
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to improve sales processes and customer experience
- Attend training sessions and meetings to stay up to date on product knowledge and sales techniques

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent
- Proficient in basic computer skills and data entry
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in the language(s) spoken by the target customer base
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets

Preferred qualifications:

- 12th Pass and Above, sales or a related field
- Experience in B2B or software sales
- Experience using CRM software
- Knowledge of sales techniques and principles

Working Conditions:
Tele Caller Executive is a desk-based job and requires sitting for extended periods while using a computer and phone. Working hours may be flexible but typically involve 8-hour shifts, including evenings and weekends, depending on the needs of the business.

**Salary**: From ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
