Responsibilities:

- Calendar Management: Managing the CEO’s calendar, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and making travel arrangements.
- Administrative Support: Managing files, records, and documents, organizing and maintaining office systems, and coordinating with other staff members.
- Event Planning: Coordinating and organizing events, conferences, and meetings, including logistics, catering, and coordination with participants.
- Travel Management: Arranging travel itineraries, booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation, and managing travel expenses and reimbursements.
- Research and Analysis: Conducting research, compiling data, and preparing reports or presentations as needed.
- Confidentiality: Maintaining strict confidentiality of all sensitive information and documents related to the CEO’s personal and professional matters.
- Time Management: Managing and prioritizing tasks, deadlines, and commitments efficiently to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
- Relationship Management: Building and maintaining professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors.
- Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving operational issues or challenges, proactively anticipating needs, and finding solutions to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Professionalism, integrity, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and schedules.

**Details**:

- 5 Days Working
- Schedule: Day shift (10 AM to 7 PM)

**Experience**:
1- 4 Years of relevant work experience (Freshers can Apply)

**Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent, although a bachelor's degree is often preferred.
- Proven experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or similar role.
