Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct cold calls to prospective clients to build a pipeline of opportunities.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments with C-level executives.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM database.
- Provide regular feedback to the management on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.

Qualifications:

- Proven track record in appointment setting and sales, particularly with C-level executives inthe IT Services sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

**Salary**: ₹11,227.28 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- Night shift

**Experience**:
