Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and prioritize target markets and accounts.
- Conduct research on Social Media like LinkedIn to generate a list of prospects.
- Ensure interaction and prospect list is entered into the CRM.
- Provide sufficient reports as required to management.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Preferably a Diploma or bachelors degree in a technology area or business degree.
- Advanced computer skills, especially MS suite, G-suite and web-based marketing.
- Quick learner who can learn the basic concepts of our services and our company's Unique Selling proposition.
- An understanding of sales development processes and strategies.
- Familiar with CRM systems, lead generation tools and sales automation.
- Demonstrate a proactive tenacious and self motivated approach to achieving targets.
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in working with overseas markets and especially Australia is a plus.
- Comfortable with working in morning IST shift starting at 7:30 AM.
