**Roles and Responsibilities**:
1. **Technician Alignment**: Coordinate with technicians to ensure they are properly briefed on their tasks, schedules, and priorities. Act as a liaison between technicians and other departments to ensure alignment with overall operational goals and objectives.
2. **Schedule Management**: Develop and maintain schedules for technicians, ensuring that assignments are distributed efficiently and deadlines are met. Adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes in priorities or resource availability.
3. **Resource Allocation**: Work closely with resource managers to allocate technicians to projects based on skillsets, availability, and project requirements. Optimize resource utilization to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
4. **Communication Facilitation**: Facilitate communication between technicians and other departments, including customer support, project management, and engineering teams. Ensure that all relevant parties are kept informed of project statuses, issues, and resolutions.
5. **Problem Resolution**: Act as a point of contact for technicians encountering obstacles or challenges during their assignments. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to identify solutions and implement corrective actions to minimize disruptions and delays.
6. **Performance Monitoring**:Monitor the performance of technicians and operational processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
7. **Process Improvement**: Continuously evaluate existing operational processes and procedures, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains. Work with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and best practices.
8. **Documentation and Reporting**:Maintain accurate records of technician assignments, schedules, and performance metrics. Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into operational performance and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
9. **Compliance and Quality Assurance**: Ensure that technicians adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations. Conduct periodic quality assurance checks to verify compliance with service standards and customer requirements.
10. **Customer Satisfaction**: Collaborate with customer-facing teams to ensure that customer expectations are met or exceeded. Address any customer concerns or issues promptly and effectively to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
