**Key Responsibilities**:

- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: _
- Identify and onboard new wholesalers, retailers, and counters.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Sales Planning and Execution:_
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Schedule and conduct product presentations, showcasing saree collections.
- Attend trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the brand.
- Market Research and Analysis:_
- Gather and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Recommend new designs or product enhancements based on client and market demands.
- Order Management and Coordination:_
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with clients.
- Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Resolve issues related to order discrepancies or returns efficiently.
- Payment Follow-ups:_
- Collaborate with the accounts receivables team for timely payment collections.
- Monitor client credit limits and payment cycles.
- Reporting and Documentation:_
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and order details.
- Submit periodic sales performance reports to the sales head.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Experience:_
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in têxtiles or saree manufacturing.
- Skills:_
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Indian ethnic wear and regional preferences is a plus.
- Education:_
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Travel:_
- Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- Sales growth percentage.
- New client acquisition count.
- Client retention rate.
- Timely collection of payments.
- Order fulfillment accuracy.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
