Front Office Executive

**Job description**
- Maintainig front desk in an organised manner
- Taking care that all the office area and desk etc are properly clean & Tidy
- Greet and welcome guests & resolve their queries
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
- Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them to resonsible person
- Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
- Monitor & keep record of office pantry area and coordinated with Admin
- Maintain office inbound & outbound, water, visiter,Invoice register & Office staff (out register)record
- Take up other department duties as assigned by the specific department
- Making sure that Rubina completed her duty properly
- You will coordinate with (documentation department) as a secondary responsible person
- As front office falls under Admin department, Hence your reporting person is Admin
- Assisting in administrative work
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
