**FMCG Sales Executive**

**About the Role**:
As an FMCG Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth for our company. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve ambitious targets, while building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and distributors.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to achieve assigned sales quotas.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand customer needs and preferences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including retailers, distributors, and wholesalers.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring adherence to pricing and contractual agreements.
- Participate in trade shows, events, and product launches to promote brand awareness and generate sales leads.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, highlighting product features and benefits.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance, providing valuable insights to inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and customer service.
- Prepare accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in FMCG sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business objectives.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Self-motivated, with a strong drive to succeed and a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is a plus.
