**Qualifications**:
Degree/Diploma
- Study the complaints as per service register /customer call
- Plan the work schedule based on priority and pending days
- Assign the works to technicians
- Ensuring of Tools and materials before assigning the calls
- Communicate to the customers till the call ending
- Arrange spare parts list for various locations
- Collect the Job card and confirm the data s are properly filled
- Ensure the checklists are properly implemented
- Close the job card after entering proper data to the software
- Monitor customer handling of Vehicles coming to Plant
- If the customer complaints are more than 3 days, escalate to next level
- Preparing weekly reports of plan Vs actual,pending details, material consumption and share to service head
- Conducting daily meeting with Technicians
- Training of new entrants for customer service
- Keep the records of service vehicle logbook and tools

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
