Pharmacy In-charge

Leadership and development of a transformative vision for the pharmacy and medicines optimisation services.
- Implementing the decisions of the therapeutic committee.
- Inspection of all pharmaceuticals supplies at user points. Conduct regular audit check for stock, expiry, storage, overstock to control inventory
- Implement and maintain reorder levels.
- Maintain Pharmacy records& files
- Maintenance of approved stock of drugs/ medicines/ and other emergency drugs.
- Managing & co-ordination of purchases & inventory control of drugs.
- Monitoring quality of medicine
- Preparation of MIS reports
- Prescriptions audit
- Report to Director In-Charge about any discrepancies
- Returns/expiry from Department& to distributor
- Review of protocol, labelling, storage etc. and medicinal products product licenses etc. as required to meet their legal responsibilities
- Supervise and control the drugs returns to pharmacy & maintain a record for the same.
- Ordering pharmacy supplies and controlling the inventory on a daily basis.
- Enforcing best practice protocols when storing prescription drugs and controlled substances.
- Verifying prescription details with the healthcare specialists who prescribed them, when required.
- Advising customers about the recommended use, dosage, and possible side-effects of medication.

*Maintaining an approved drug and controlled substances list and verifying expiry dates.
- Monitoring product displays and shelves, as well as the general appearance of the pharmacy.
- Addressing customers' requests and complaints.
- Implement Queue management system and ensure mínimal waiting time for patients
- Ensure optimal stock holdings.

*Assist in the on boarding process of new hires
- Appointing and training new pharmacy employees and scheduling shifts.
- Writing operational and production SOP’s.
- Liaison with the quality department
- Train staff in prioritizing customer orders and delivering them efficiently

Instruct staff to interact professionally and courteously to customers at all times

Reducing the TAT in outlets

End to end pharmacy process involvement and optimisation

Adding necessary technological improvement in processes

Reducing the holding levels.

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Thrissur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Master's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 7 years (preferred)
- Pharmacist: 7 years (preferred)
