Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

- Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance for electronics products or services.
- Assisting customers with product setup, installation, and configuration.
- Escalating complex technical issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Following up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
- Educating customers on product features, benefits, and usage.
- Collaborating with other departments, such as sales and technical support, to address customer needs effectively.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional service to customers.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the electronics industry.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
