Job Title: Dealer Sales Executive

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and increase revenue within the assigned territory.

2. Identify and recruit new dealers, distributors, and partners to expand the company's network.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers, providing support, training, and resources as needed.

4. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate dealers on the features and benefits of our security systems.

5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and sales tools to support dealer activities.

6. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

7. Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and dealer activities to management.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

2. Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the security industry or related field.

3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

5. Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

7. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience in selling CCTV, fire alarm systems, access control, or other security products.

2. Knowledge of the local market and industry trends.

3. Previous experience working with dealers, distributors, or channel partners.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 per month
