Bar Executive

Oversee the daily operations of the bar, including opening and closing the bar, stocking supplies, ordering inventory, managing staff, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and enforcing safety and security protocols.
- Create promotional campaigns to drive business to the bar.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers.
- Create and enforce policies and procedures to ensure the bar runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Verify that the bar is locked up and all lights are turned off when leaving.
- Set up the bar for opening, including stocking supplies and turning on lights.
- Perform a security check to ensure that all doors and windows are secure.
- Greet customers as they come in and seat them at their desired table or booth.
- Take orders and serve drinks to customers.
- Keep track of inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Closeout customer tabs and process payments.
- Maintain the cleaning.
- Lock up the bar and turn off all lights when closing for the night.
- Check the stock room to see what supplies need to be restocked.
- Order supplies from suppliers as needed.
- Unpack and store new supplies in the stock room.
- Keep track of inventory levels and order more supplies when necessary.
- Verify that all products are in stock and that there is enough to meet customer demand.
- Place orders with suppliers as needed.
- Schedule staff shifts and assign tasks for each shift.
- Train new staff members on bar procedures and protocols.
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback as needed.
- Handle customer complaints and address any issues that may arise.
- Enforce safety and security protocols.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Address customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve the issue.
- Follow up with customers after resolving their issues to ensure they are satisfied.
- Ensure that all staff members are following safety and security protocols.
- Investigate any incidents that occur and take appropriate action to resolve the issue.
- Report any safety or security concerns to the proper authorities.
- Research new suppliers and place orders with them as needed.
- Negotiate terms with suppliers to get the best prices for products.
- Develop relationships with key suppliers to ensure a steady supply of products.
- Train staff on the policies and procedures.
- Enforce the policies and procedures.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
