**Role Overview**

The Telecaller will be responsible for recruiting and managing insurance agents for the B2B sector. This role involves identifying, attracting, and onboarding agents, as well as providing ongoing support and management to ensure their success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Agent Recruitment**: Actively source and recruit qualified insurance agents through various channels, including networking, referrals, and online job boards.
- **Agent Onboarding**: Conduct thorough onboarding processes to ensure new agents are equipped with the necessary knowledge, tools, and resources to succeed. This includes providing comprehensive training on company products, sales techniques, and compliance regulations.
- **Agent Management**: Provide ongoing support and guidance to agents, including coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews. Monitor agent activity, identify areas for improvement, and offer tailored development plans.
- **Agent Performance Tracking**: Track and analyze agent performance metrics to assess their productivity, sales results, and compliance with company standards. Identify top performers and provide recognition and rewards.
- **Agent Retention**: Develop strategies to retain top-performing agents and minimize attrition. Foster a positive and supportive work environment, address agent concerns promptly, and offer competitive compensation and benefits.

**Required Skills**:

- **CRM Software**: Proficiency in using CRM software to manage agent information, track performance, and streamline communication.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
