Position Name - Savoury Cook (Commi Level)

Description - Commis level/Entry level SPECIFICALLY for preparation for all craft sandwich fillings, ingredients for toasts, jams, sauces, gravies, nut butters and eventually, to slot into our savoury pick up chef team who will craft our unique take on baked goods, craft sandwiches and experimental toasts.

Key notes
- 1. This is NOT a position in the bakery.

2. One must be flexible to do all shifts in either Bandra West, Byculla or South Bombay.

3. Fluency in management of FIFO, stock, inventory preferred.

4. A rigorous approach to SOPs in the kitchen.

5. A structured approach to fast paced kitchen workflow.

6. Keen to learn and evolve in constantly evolving and exciting kitchen environment.

7. Keen to maintain strong level of cleanliness in the kitchen environment at all times.

8. Must be proactive and have strong communication skills, Hindi and English are both acceptable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
